We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Lindon Farms purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Lindon Farm’s guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your product has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
How to return a product to Lindon Farms:
- Before returning any Lindon Farms product, please contact a customer service representative at 1-844-346-6227, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a Return Form. Please note, returns that are shipped back to Lindon Farms without an RMA and Return Form may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
- We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Lindon Farms is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

- After Lindon Farms receives a return we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund, replacement, or credit based on the reason for the return and the condition of the products.
- Once your returned product is received, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
- If a refund is applicable, once your return has been processed, please allow up to 2-3 additional business days for a refund to show up on an online statement. This processing time will vary depending on your bank.
- All products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition unless already damaged upon original delivery.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, Lindon Farms is happy to issue a return shipping label to return the product.
- Final Sale products will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Due to USDA packaging regulations, all buckets/containers with Freeze Dried Meat included are considered a final sale item and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- All Lindon Farms returns must be accompanied with a Return Form; this will be emailed to you by a customer service representative with your RMA number.
- Exchanges can be expedited by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.
